Rules & Policies

We want our playground to be safe, fun and welcoming space for everyone. Please take a moment to review our rules and policies before your visit:

1- Socks required- All children and adults must wear socks in the play area for safety and cleanliness.

2- Supervision- Parents or caregivers must supervise their children at all times.

3- Food and drinks- Enjoy food and beverages only in the designated seating area.

4- Health and Illness - To ensure the well-being of all guests, children and adults showing signs of illness- including fever, cough, rash or vomiting-may be asked to postpone their visit. We appreciate your cooperation in keeping our playground a healthy space for everyone.

5- Birthday celebrations- All birthday parties and celebrations must be booked with a private room rental. Celebrations in the common seating area are not permitted, as they take up limited seating needed for all guests.

6- Capacity limits- Entry is subject to capacity limits for safety; entry may be paused during peak times.

7- Lost and Found- Sunshine Indoor playground is not responsible for lost or stolen items; found items will be held for a limited time.

8- Behaviour Policy- Rough play, aggressive behaviour or unsafe actions are not allowed.

9- Sunshine Indoor playground staff reserve the right to intervene as needed to maintain a safe and enjoyable environment for all guests.

We are open Mon-Thur 8:30-6:00 pm , Fri & Sat 8:30-7:00 pm and Sun 9:00-6:00 pm . Please check our Instagram or website for any holiday or special event closures.

Do I need to book in advance?

We recommend booking online to guarantee your spot, especially on weekends. Walk-ins are welcome if space allows.

How much is admission?

Admission is $19.99 per child (ages 1+), this includes an accompanying adult Children under 1 are FREE. Extra adults: $3.99 each. Admission includes unlimited play on weekdays, and a limit of two hours Friday - Sun

What ages is your playground designed for?

Our play space is designed for children aged 0 to 7 years old. While kids over 7 are welcome to attend parties or accompany younger siblings, please note that our equipment is specifically built with younger children in mind and may not be suitable for older kids.

Are socks required?

Yes — socks are required for both children and adults. No shoes or bare feet allowed in the play area. Forgot yours? We sell grip socks at the front desk for $2.99.

Can we bring our own food or drinks?

Outside food is welcome in the party room or snack area. Please keep all food away from the play structures.

Do you offer birthday parties?

Yes! Free parking is available right outside our facility and in the back.

Yes — we offer multi-visit passes. 5 Play Passes - $75 and 10 Play passes - $125.

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept all payment methods- cash, debit and all major credit cards

Do you have discount for siblings or groups?

Yes. We offer sibling discounts and special rates for larger groups. Please ask our front desk team or check our pricing page for the most up-to-date rates.

Can I bring my stroller inside?

We have a designated stroller parking area to keep our play space safe and clear. Strollers are not permitted in the play areas, but you are welcome to park them in the shop next door during your visit. Our staff are happy to assist you with parking if needed.

Do you offer in and out privileges during your unlimited play on weekdays?

Please ask the staff at the front desk for our current in-and-out rules before leaving
